Data Subject Application

The procedure for submitting requests about your personal data is set out below. Your application is handled under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Your Right to Apply

Under article 11 of the law you may: learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; object to an outcome against you produced solely by automated analysis; and seek compensation if you suffer loss through unlawful processing.

What Your Application Must Contain

Your application must state your name and surname, your signature if made in writing, your national identity number if you are a Turkish citizen or your nationality and passport number if you are a foreign national, your residential or business address for service, your email address and phone number for notification if any, and the subject of your request. Please attach any supporting information and documents.

How to Apply

You may apply in any of the following ways. Signed, in person or through a notary: Tahtakale Mah. Ispartakule Bulvarı 15/1, Ebruli Sitesi Dükkan No:58, Ispartakule, Avcılar / İstanbul. From an email address you have previously given us and that is registered in our systems: info@yedikuleelektrik.com. Applications that do not allow your identity to be verified cannot be assessed.

Response Time

Your application is concluded as soon as possible given the nature of the request, and in any event within thirty days of reaching us. Applications are free of charge as a rule. Where the process incurs a cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.

If Your Application Is Refused

If your application is refused, if you find the response inadequate, or if no response is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the response and in any case within sixty days of the application date.
