This notice is prepared under article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 to inform you about the personal data we process. It is an information notice and asks nothing of you. Data We Process and How We Collect It
If you complete the contact form we process your name, either your email address or your phone number depending on the channel you choose, and the content of your message. Separately, when you visit the site, your language preference, your cookie preference and the security data protecting the form against automated submissions are collected automatically. If you consent to analytics and marketing cookies, measurement data about your visit is also collected automatically.
Purposes
Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, run survey and quotation processes, deliver the work, keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations. Processing for measurement and marketing takes place only where you have given explicit consent, and declining does not prevent you from using our services.
Legal Basis
Contact form data is processed on the bases that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for us to meet our legal obligations, and that it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Strictly necessary cookies fall under legitimate interest. The legal basis for analytics and marketing cookies is your explicit consent alone.
Transfers, Including Abroad
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and Supabase is used for database and file storage; data you send through the contact form is stored on that infrastructure. The maps on the contact and project pages are provided by Google. If you consent to analytics and marketing cookies, measurement data is transferred to the relevant providers. The current list of those providers appears in the Cookie Policy. These providers operate servers outside Türkiye.
Retention
Data you send through the contact form is retained for two years after your enquiry is concluded, then deleted or anonymised. Where the work becomes a contract, the limitation and record keeping periods set out in the applicable legislation apply. Cookie lifetimes are stated per cookie in the Cookie Policy.
Your Rights
Under article 11 of the law you may learn whether your personal data is processed, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to those third parties, and seek compensation if you suffer loss through unlawful processing.
