For the 11th project in Ihlas Holding's Bizim Evler series, we installed the electrical infrastructure including generator connections and security systems.
About the Project
Bizim Evler 11 is a residential project rising in Tahtakale, Avcılar, featuring an enclosed parking structure, electric vehicle charging stations, a central generator, and a camera controlled security system.
Street level shops located on the ground floor of the residential towers receive power through a separate electrical line independent from the upper floor apartments; this ensures that high usage in any shop does not impact the residential electrical systems.
Our Scope of Work
We installed unit and common area wiring, panel groups, generator connections, power lines for security and camera systems, and charging station infrastructure in the parking structure.
Low voltage and power systems were routed on separate paths, protecting camera and communication circuits from electrical interference.
