Staria İş Merkezi is a commercial facility in Başakşehir comprising 99 independent units ranging from 258 to 10,000 square meters, suited for manufacturing and storage. Electrical work is currently ongoing.
Units with separate truck access to each floor and 7 meter ceiling heights require a lighting and power distribution approach different from residential scale.
Our Scope of Work
We are working on main distribution panels, floor and unit panels, lighting for high ceiling spaces, and the solar energy system interconnection infrastructure.
Since the units vary in size and intended use, each is independently powered and metered, with expandable capacity.
