We completed electrical installation work on the Bizim Evler 9 project, a 145 unit development by Ihlas Holding located in Ispartakule.
About the Project
Bizim Evler 9 is a 145 unit project comprising two residential buildings and commercial units facing the road below one of the blocks, situated on a 14,607 square meter site in Ispartakule.
Positioning the blocks along the site's perimeter while maintaining a large landscaped area in the center required early coordination of exterior lighting and garden lines with the building systems.
Our Work Scope
We executed electrical installation in the residential apartments and common areas, provided separate power supplies to the commercial units, installed lighting for the basement enclosed parking area, and completed all electrical work for the social facilities building.
A separate circuit was installed for landscape water features and playground lighting, enabling garden maintenance without interrupting power to the residential units.
