We undertook the electrical infrastructure for Emlak Konut REIT's project in Avcılar, comprising 724 residential units and 52 commercial units.
About the Project
Ebruli Ispartakule rises on a plot exceeding 41,000 square meters in Avcılar, comprising townhouses of four stories and towers of 28 stories in a mixed use residential development. The electrical infrastructure for a total of 776 independent units was established within this scope.
The presence of blocks at different heights required a distribution plan tailored to each building type's load profile. Separate calculations derived for the towers and townhouses were consolidated under a single main distribution scheme.
Scope of Work
We executed the project's electrical work from main panel and floor panel installation to unit wiring, from common area lighting to parking and recreational facility circuits.
Commercial units' independent metered circuits were planned separately from residential blocks. This enables each section to monitor its own consumption, and maintenance in one area does not affect the others.
